Orders & Payments

• All orders must be confirmed with advance payment or full payment.
• Since our products are customized and handmade, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

No Refund Policy

• We follow a strict no refund policy on all orders.
• Payments made (partial or full) are non-refundable due to the customized nature of products.

Delivery & Non-Acceptance

• If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery:
  • Your advance or full payment will not be refunded.
  • This is because the product is already customized and made specifically for you.
• If you still want the order again, you will need to:
  • Pay shipping charges again for re-delivery.

Customized Products

• All products (frames, teddies, gifts, etc.) are made as per your requirements.
• Slight variations may occur as all items are handcrafted.

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure that:
  • The shipping address and contact details are correct.
  • You are available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

Damaged Product Policy

• In case of a damaged product:
  • You must provide a proper unboxing video within 3 days.
  • Without video proof, no replacement will be provided.

Shipping

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
• Any delay caused by the courier company is not under our direct control.
