At theshaguncraft, all our products are handcrafted and customized with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

Returns

• We do not accept returns on any products.
• All items are handmade, so slight variations from images may occur.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:
  • Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Share the video with us within 3 days of delivery.
• After verification, we will provide a replacement product (new item).

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Only replacement will be provided in case of verified damage.

Customized Products

• We specialize in customized gifts such as frames, teddies, and more.
• These products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
